Розглянуто сутність, ознаки та переваги міжорганізаційної кооперації. Систематизовано та охарактеризовано типи такої кооперації. Обґрунтовано важливість розвитку кооперації в межах підприємств учасників Державного концерну “Укроборонпром”. Розроблено модель полівекторної кооперації між підприємствами концерну. Запропоновано метод діагностики синергетичного ефекту від розвитку коопераційних зв’язків між учасниками концерну. Essence, signs and advantages of interorganizational cooperation are considered in the article. The types of such cooperation are systematized and described. Importance of development of cooperation is reasonable within the limits of enterprises of participants of the State Concern “Ukroboronprom”. The model of polyvectors cooperation is worked out between the enterprises of business concern. The method of diagnostics of sinergistical effect is offered from development of cooperation connections between the participants of business concern.
