    Оцінка ризику у разі біологічного зараження місць дислокації військових підрозділів

    Гіпотетично розглянуто можливість біологічного зараження місць дислокації військових підрозділів внаслідок інфікування природного походження (епідемії, інфекції) і антропогенного характеру (аварії підприємств біологічного призначення, біотероризму). Запропоновано методичні підходи до оцінювання кількості мікроорганізмів, які можуть потрапити у навколишнє середовище (місця дислокації) через захисні системи підприємств біологічного профілю. Небезпеку для людини (військовослужбовця) можна оцінити єдиною методичною основою з мінімально необхідними основними кількісними характеристиками патогенних мікроорганізмів та їх безпечною концентрацією. The article describes the hypothetical possibility of biological contamination of places of deployment of military units by means of the naturally occurring infection (epidemic infection) and the man-induced one (accidents at the biological enterprises, bioterrorism). Methodological approaches for estimating the number of microorganisms that can get in to the environment (home stations) through protective systems of biological companies have been suggested. Health hazards for the military can be assessed on the unified methodical basis with a baseline minimum of the basic quantity characteristics of pathogenic microorganisms and their safe concentration.

    Розроблено нечіткі класифікатори, які дають можливість описати з максимальною точністю фактори, для яких немає відомих точних закономірностей і для яких необхідно провести асоціацію між якісною та кількісною оцінками факторів, які впливають на особу при прийнятті рішення. Fuzzy classifiers which allow to accurately describe the factors for which there are no strict regularities and one must associate quantitative and qualitative assessments of factors which influence the individual while decision-making.

    Factors influencing the enterprise innovation

    The factors that influenced the enterprise innovation are investigated and summarized in the article. Key factors of impact on the enterprise innovation are grouped. Their relationship and mutual influence are proved. Graphic reflect on the impact of external and internal environment factors of the innovative enterprise characteristics are constructed.
