Item Проблема оптимальності в теорії та практиці прийняття рішень(Видавництво Львівської політехніки, 2015) Катренко, А. В.; Пастернак, О. В.Розглянуто системні аспекти проблеми оптимальності в контексті структури процесу прийняття рішень (ПР), пов’язання її з моделями та задачами ПР, теоретичні та практичні особливості оптимальних рішень. Проаналізовано ентропійні характеристики та їхній вплив на рівень оптимальності практичних рішень. Порівняно характеристики методів ПР з погляду пошуку оптимальних рішень, обґрунтовано використання методу розгалужень та границь як одного з найгнучкіших для отримання рішень за різних умов. Запропоновано загальну структуру алгоритмів відображення мети для оцінювання оптимальності рішень та наведено їх практичні застосування. The system aspects of optimality problem within the framework of the structure of decision-making process, connecting it with DM models and tasks, theoretical and practical aspects of optimal solution peculiarity were analyzed. The analysis entropic specification and their impact on the optimal level of practical decisions was made. The DM methods specifications in context of optimal decisions-making were compared, the consumption of partitioning and threshold method, as one of the most flexible for decision-making in different conditions were justified. The overall target presentation algorithm structure of optimum solutions assessment was suggested and their practical implementations were reported.Item Варіативність дефініювання терміна «імперія» у науковому дискурсі(Видавництво Львівської політехніки, 2015) Кукарцев, ОлегДосліджено смислові значення поняття «імперія» в сучасному науковому дискурсі, зокрема в теорії та методології політичної науки. Головна увага приділена аналізу змістовних ознак поняття «імперія», які існують у суспільних науках, а також існуючим труднощам вироблення єдиного визначення імперії. The paper investigates the meanings of the term «empire» in the contemporary scientific discourse, particularly in the theory and methodology of political science. Special attention is paid to the analysis of the concept «empire» in social sciences as well as to some current difficulties in providing its exact definition. The author emphasises that the analysis of different concepts is one of the most topical issues in the scientific discourse in general and in the theory and methodology of political science in particular. Each knowledge system requires the precise meaning of terms, judgements and inferences. One of such concepts is the word «empire». It has been used in social and political sciences for two thousand years already but only in recent decades it became the subject of scientific investigations. In general, this research shows that the interest in the term «empire» is a relatively recent phenomenon in political science associated primarily with the attempts to describe and compare some empires or explain the features and dynamics of international relations of the past and the present. A great variety of definitions of the term «empire» is considered to be the main reason explaining the difficulties in providing a single definition of this concept. On the other hand, the problem is also caused by the insufficiency of the analytical tools of modern social science. There are fundamental divergences in the approaches, primarily due to the differences between the «generalising» and «individualising» methods. Historians, being supporters of the first method, speak about the impossibility of creating the unified theory in defining the term «empire». The regularities revealed in the investigation of pre-modern empires are not always acceptable in the study of modern empires. According to the author’s opinion, the joint efforts of historians, sociologists and political scientists can help to give the definition of the concept «empire».Item Ієрархічні онтології для автоматизації управління організаційними структурами(Видавництво Львівської політехніки, 2014) Шиян, А. А.Описано метод побудови онтологій предметної області, навантажених ціллю діяльності, які придатні для автоматизації управління у виробничих та організаційних структурах. Описано загальні методи побудови ієрархічних онтологій предметних областей. Наведено приклади застосування таких методів. The paper describes the method for construction of ontologies for subject area, which has a purpose for activity. The method is based on two ontologies comparison: one before and one after doing the activity. The hierarchy means that the classes of lower level ontology are the objects for the considered ontology. The hierarchical ontology can be constructed by two ways: one as integration of several ontologies into unified ontology, and another one as deepening the notion’s sense in the present ontology. Three examples for the obtained results are illustrated. These ontologies can be used for automation of industrial and organizational structures.Item Системне моделювання інноваційних підприємств(Видавництво Львівської політехніки, 2013) Одрехівський, М. В.Запропоновано підхід до системного моделювання інноваційних підприємств (ІП), як розгляд деякої системи у повній її різновидності та у взаємодії із зовнішнім середовищем. Повноту системної моделі ІП забезпечено розглядом у взаємозв’язку таких загальносистемних множин: об’єктів, властивостей, станів, операцій (функцій, дій), цілей функціонування, відносин між елементами кожної із вказаних множин та між самими множинами. Розглянуто ієрархічність структуризації. Формально вони описані теоретико-множинною мовою у вигляді дерева взаємозв’язків, яке є абстрактним рівнем ієрархічної моделі суб’єкта управління, об’єкта управління (НДР, ДКР, ДЕР, виробництво, маркетинг та збут), зовнішнього середовища ІП, а також дерева цілей, де задаються лише одиниці його характеристик та взаємозв’язки між ними. Такий підхід може застосовуватися у системному моделюванні інноваційних підприємств та в організаційному моделюванні загалом. The paper offers an approach to system modeling of innovation enterprises (IE) as an examination of a certain system in view of its full diversity and interaction with the outer medium. In order to regard IE system modeling as complete, it is suggested that the analysis is to be held taking into account the following general system sets: objects, properties, states, operations (functions and actions), the aims of functioning and relations both between the elements of each set mentioned above or between the sets. The common feature of all sets is the hierarchical character of its structure. Empirically they are viewed in meta images of a tree of interrelations which is an abstract level of hierarchical model of the subjects in management, objects of management (Scientific Research Work, Research Constructing Work, Research Experimental Work, production, marketing, sale) and the external medium of IE as well as a tree of objectives where only separate units typical of a certain IE and the links between the units are programmed. This kind of approach can be applicable in system modeling of innovation enterprises and in organizational modeling generally.Item Синергетична модель управління економічною системою(Видавництво Львівської політехніки, 2012) Хром’як, Й. Application of synergetics as new scientific paradigm to management is discussed. Б.The research analyzes arrangement of nouns in the Princeton WordNet, namely, the top concepts and key hierarchies;. establishes a selection of nouns constituting the core lexicon of the Ukrainian language; organizes the selected nouns into a hierarchical structure by means of semantic and lexical relations; implements the relations between nouns to build a WordNetlike dictionary containing core concepts.Проаналізовано організацію іменників у словнику WordNet, виділення сукупності іменників, що становлять основу лексичної бази даних української мови, упорядкування цих іменників на основі лексичних і семантичних зв’язків з утворенням ієрархічних структур, реалізація наявних зв’язків та побудова WordNet-подібного словника для частини іменників сформованої сукупності.
