This paper exploits the conceptual bases of the competitive factors’ innovativeness and their influences upon the economic development of the national economy. More importantly, this paper discusses how factors that stimulate the situational development of the industrial production and restrain the use of its scientific and technological potential are analyzed. The foreign experience of innovation market’s development in regard to its application to the national conditions is analyzed in this article. The article presents the real situation in the field of innovation techniques in Ukraine and its future trends of entering to the international innovation market. The results of the system research of the Ukraine industry innovative development condition are presented in the article, and the peculiar tendencies and regular patterns are defined. This article describes questions concerning innovative activity. There are tendencies of innovative development which are characterized by slump of innovative activity. The necessity of improvement of governmental intervention methods into development of innovative sphere is substantiating. The systemic mechanism of governmental influence on the development of innovative sphere is offered which is based on specified principles, functions and methods. The methodical instrument is defined which is ground for innovative strategy. This instrument includes complex of measures for stimulation of innovative sphere development for post-industrial trends.Item Інтелектуальний потенціал як головний чинник формування інтелектуального капіталу(Видавництво Львівської політехніки, 2013) Філиппова, С. The main problems of the formation of the intellectual potential of the enterprise were determined.Item Особливості проектування системи формування інтелектуального потенціалу підприємства(Видавництво Львівської політехніки, 2014) Князь, С. В.; Холявка, Л. Ю.Досліджено особливості побудови системи формування інтелектуального потенціалу підприємств на основі процесно-структурованого проектування її складових. За результатами дослідження теорії управління та практики діяльності підприємств запропоновано розглядати систему формування інтелектуального потенціалу суб’єкта господарювання за основними стадіями її функціонування, такими як проектування, реалізування і оновлення. Обґрунтовано необхідність виділення саме цих стадій та наголошено на важливості зосередження уваги на розкритті питань, пов’язаних саме з проектуванням цієї системи. Запропоновано здійснювати та наведено логічну послідовність необхідних етапів проектування підсистеми інтелектуальних ресурсів організаційного рівня, що містить такі елементи, як службові відносини та інформаційніресурси. Наступним доцільно виконувати проектування підсистеми інтелектуальних ресурсів особистісного рівня, елементами якої є здібності, мотивованість, знання, вміння і навички працівників підприємства. Розроблено етапи проектування штучного інтелекту, який належить до підсистеми інтелектуальних ресурсів організаційного рівня, та проектується у такій послідовності відповідно до визначення потреб цих двох підсистем. Крім того, розкрито особливості та складові побудови механізму формування інтелектуального потенціалу як важеля генерування інтелектуальних можливостей суб’єкта господарювання. The features of the system of construction of formation of the intellectual potential of enterprises based on process-structured design of its components are explored in this article. The scientific opinions concerning the features and the need of develop this potential are developed. According to results of studying the theory and practice of management of enterprises the system proposed formation of the intellectual capacity of the entity for the main stages of its operation, such as designing, realizing and updating are considered. The necessity of selection of these stages is grounded and the importance of focusing on the issues that are connected with the designing of the system is complained. According to the sequence and structure of designing of system components forming the intellectual potential of the company, primarily prompted to make and are a logical sequence of steps necessary intellectual resources subsystem design organizational level, including items such as service relationship and information resources. Another designing of the subsystem intellectual resources personal level, featuring ability, motivation, knowledge and skills of employees are carried out. The stages of designing artificial intelligence, which belongs to the subsystem intellectual resources organizational level, and designed in such sequence as defined needs of these two subsystems are developed. The characteristics and the intellectual economy features, “the economy based on knowledge” for the strategy of the development in the modern global world formation are opened up.
