Item Детермінанти професійної ідентичності суб’єктів охорони державного кордону(Видавництво Львівської політехніки, 2019-03-26) Матвійчук, І. Л.; Matviychuk, I. L.; Матвийчук, И. Л.; Державна прикордонна служба України; State Border Service of UkraineУ статті визначено детермінанти професійної ідентичності суб’єктів охорони державного кордону. Професійна ідентичність суб’єктів охорони державного кордону передбачає такі складові: динамічну систему професійних цінностей та набуту професійну компетентність. У процесі дослідження виокремлено чотири стадії формування професійної ідентичності: невизначена професійна ідентичність, нав’язана професійна ідентичність, мораторій (криза вибору), сформована професійна ідентичність. Визначено, що формування професійної ідентичності суб’єктів охорони державного кордону обумовлюється внутрішнім, професійним й зовнішнім, соціокультурним контекстом та впливом низки об’єктивних і суб’єктивних чинників. Інтенсивність та характер формування професійної ідентичності суб’єктів охорони державного кордону визначається, передусім, особливостями професійної діяльності та соціальним середовищем. Доведено, що професійна ідентичність суб’єктів охорони державного кордону зумовлена результатом консеквентного погодження динамічної системи професійних цінностей та розуміння соціальних запитів щодо вирішення завдань у конкретній професійної ситуації.Item Integration of natural sciences content into professional training of future doctors(Lviv Politechnic Publishing House, 2016-09-12) Kozlovska, Iryna; Paykush, Marianna; Pastyrska, Iryna; Lviv Polytechnic National University; Lviv National Medical University named after Danylo HalytskiyThe article deals with the problem of integration of natural sciences content into professional training of future doctors. The aim of the article is defined as methodological substantiation of the expediency of integration of natural sciences content into the professional training of future healthcare professionals. The authors define special features of natural sciences knowledge and of natural sciences training of a future doctor, special features of teaching natural sciences, and substantiate possibilities of integration of the content of the natural sciences component into professional training of future medical workers. The ways of integration of teaching natural sciences with professional practical training in the process of preparing medical specialists have been elaborated. It has been found that it is advisable to overcome inconsistency between separate academic disciplines by way of their integration while accounting the aspects of their selforganization. It has been established that integration of the aims of teaching natural sciences with professional training of future medical workers is based on the idea of purposefulness and motivation of teaching the fundamentals of these sciences.Item The role of methodological work in forming vocational education teachers’ readiness to train future professionally mobile qualified workers(Lviv Politechnic Publishing House, 2017-02-20) Sushentseva, Lilia; Bilyk, Oryslava; Lviv Polytechnic National UniversityThe article deals with the issues of forming vocational education teachers’ readiness to train future professionally mobile qualified workers and the role of methodological work in this process. It is examined that modern vocational education teachers require the deeper knowledge of nature and meaning of the professional mobility, they would like to know how to forecast their personal and professional development and their students’ personal development and professional level. The main aim of the leading principles and approaches and the task of methodological work are defined. The authors consider that methodological work is a relatively integral, open dynamic system, whose functioning is directed into increasing pedagogical mastery of lecturers, masters of vocational training, improving their competence to generalize experience, procedures of viable organization and approaches to job training process, development of their initiative that allow them to successfully resolve the task concerning the preparation of professionally mobile qualified workers who are competitive in the labour market. The study confirms that it is worth observing the content of methodological work to provide conditions for vocational education teacher’s personality development, who would be ready to form professionally mobile qualified worker; teachers should have developed a social perception (human perceiving by humans) and emotional reactivity, behavioural flexibility, self-respect and respect to students. It is affirmed that in a system of methodological work it is desirable to use traditional and non-traditional forms of methodological work organization, active teachers’ study methods and innovative approaches to increase their psychological competence.Item Синтез інноваційного і традиційного в сучасній концепції управління персоналом підприємства(Видавництво Львівської політехніки, 2013) Захарчин, Г. Focuses on the culture of debt in the context of the traditional aspects and culture of continuous improvement within the context of the innovation aspect.Item Системний підхід до фундаментальної підготовки менеджерів як передумова формування фахових знань(Видавництво Львівської політехніки, 2014) Дольнікова, Л. Л.Розглянуто науково-методологічні підходи до формування знань з фундаментальних дисциплін під час підготовки бакалаврів з напряму “Менеджмент”, подано авторське трактування системного підходу до формування якісних фахових знань шляхом фундаментальної освіти. Перераховано чинники, які впливають на ефективність фундаментальної підготовки менеджера, а саме: недостатній рівень загальноосвітніх знань, неуміння працювати в системі вищої школи, низький рівень, а часом і повна відсутність, інтеграції фундаментальних і професійних знань, що спричинює і низьку мотивацію вивчення фундаментальних дисциплін. Сформовано зміст фундаментальної освіти, який повинен чітко виходити з мети, основних видів і завдань діяльності менеджера, основні з яких виокремлено як готовність до управлінської діяльності у сфері ринкових відносин. Підкреслено, що фахівець, крім того, повинен володіти необхідними в його практичній діяльності знаннями у галузі маркетингу, підприємництва, комерційної діяльності, права, зовнішньоекономічної діяльності, фінансів, оподаткування, менеджменту, знати законодавство України, що регламентує підприємницьку, комерційну, зовнішньоекономічну діяльність, зміст економічних законів і категорій, мати достатні знання із соціально-гуманітарної сфери. Розроблено систему дидактичних засобів системного підходу до вивчення окремих фундаментальних дисциплін навчального плану на основі інтегративного підходу. The article deals with the scientific and methodological approaches to the creation of knowledge in fundamental subjects during the training for the Bachelor’s degree in Management. It represents the author’s interpretation of the systematic approach to the formation of high-quality professional knowledge through the basic education. In pedagogical theory, the question of the system of interrelations in the shaping of training content belongs to the main problems, which constitute the logical starting point for the problem solution in the training of a competitive specialist. The main approaches in the modern didactic system of managers’ training in higher education are humanity, fundamentality, structured system, and professional orientation of educational material. Fundamental education presupposes the formation of basic knowledge for mastering the system of professional competence of the future specialists. Professionalism is based on the corresponding fundamental training, systematic thinking, effective methods of strategies and decision argumentation, organizational skills.Therefore, the purpose of modern specialist training is to ensure the conditions of the efficient knowledge acquisition through the innovation in education and adaptation to the national and international labor markets. The effectiveness of basic managers’ training is influenced by numerous factors: insufficient level of general knowledge, incapability to work in institutions of higher learning, low, and sometimes complete absence of the integration of basic and professional knowledge, which leads to low motivation in studying basic subjects. Basic education content formation has to be based on the objective, main types and tasks of manager’s activity, which are distinguished as the readiness for managerial activity in market relations. The expert for the practical activity should possess the knowledge in marketing, entrepreneurship, business, law, foreign trade, finance, taxation, management, legislation of Ukraine, which regulates business, trade, foreign trade, the meaning of economic laws and categories, to have sufficient amount of knowledge in social and humanitarian spheres. This system of knowledge and skills can be formed only with the help of clear scientific and reasonable integration system of the fundamental, social, humanitarian, and professional practical knowledge. Taking into account the activity tasks and its productive functions, which should be possessed by a manager in the managerial activity, it is considered that the list of the natural sciences disciplines (basic disciplines) requires high-quality innovative educational and scientific support, the development of effective means of systematic knowledge and skills formation, which are the basis of expertise. We have developed the didactic means system of the systematic approach to the study of some fundamental subjects of the curriculum based on the integrative approach, and the implementation effectiveness of their application will be the subject of our further research.Item Комунікативна компетентність як складова професійної компетентності вчителя музики(Видавництво Львівської політехніки, 2012) Комурджі, РустемВ статье рассмотрены вопросы коммуникативной компетенции как составляющей профессиональной компетенции.
