Для вирішення виявлених проблем запропоновано рекомендаційні заходи на прикладі ТзДВ “Гал-Кат”; обґрунтовано їх доцільність та економічну ефективність для підприємства; сформовано висновки.Item Economic evaluation of administration systems in the context of management business processes reengineering(Lviv Politechnic Publishing House, 2019-02-26) Kuzmin, O.; Ovcharuk, V.; Zhezhukha, V.; Lviv Polytechnic National UniversityThe article deals with the peculiarities of an economic evaluation of administrative systems in the context of management business processes reengineering. In particular, methodological approaches to the economic evaluation of such systems are described and characterized. It is concluded that under present conditions most of the projects on construction or improvement of administrative systems belong to the category of investment projects, which, accordingly, are related to investment costs. Consequently, this necessitates the implementation of commonly used in investment management methodical approaches for the economic evaluation of the investments’ efficiency in the administration systems. The main approaches to the economic evaluation of administrative systems in the frameworks of management business processes reengineering are outlined and characterized. They include traditional financial methods, probabilistic methods, qualitative analysis tools, financial, qualitative or combined models, portfolio analysis, budget approach, project approach. Thus, the traditional financial methods of the economic evaluation of the administration systems in the management of enterprises provide for the calculation of the payback period, the net present value, the internal or average rate of return, the profitability index, the level of investments’ return, etc. Among the methods and approaches to solving the problem, the estimated Total Cost of Ownership (TCO), IT Scorecard (consideration of customer projections, finance, processes and training and development in the frameworks of administrative processes in the enterprise and administration systems) on enterprise and administration systems), Activity Based Costing (ABC), Cost/Schedule Control Systems Criteria (C/SCSC), Applied Information Economics (AIE), Total Value of Opportunities (TVO), Total Economic Impact (TEI), Rapid Economic Justification (REJ), etc. The hypothesis about the influence of administrative systems on the resulting indicators of a business entity was confirmed based on the results of calculations. This problem has been solved using correlation-regression analysis. Net income from sales of products (which is known to be one of the most representative absolute indicators of the economic efficiency of production and economic activity of the enterprise) was selected as the resulting (or dependent) variable. Among the independent variables (factor characteristics), the indicators of the level of administrative systems formation (R ) and the level of their stability (R ) were chosen to solve the problem. Appropriate calculations to verify the hypothesis were done for the activities of a number of domestic business entities.Item Реінжиніринг підвищення ефективності мережі поставок(Видавництво Львівської політехніки, 2017-06-20) Петрик, І. The article analyzes the current state of domestic energy, including CHP. Considered key issues in the heating sector in Ukraine: technical support industry, quality of service, tariff system, financial condition, investment climate. Displaying the possible improvement of CHP by modernization and reengineering business processes for their development in the current economic conditions.Item Ключова роль інформаційних технологій під час реінжинірінгу бізнес-процесів(Видавництво Львівської політехніки, 2015) Гвоздь, М. Я.Зображено актуальність застосування реінжинірингу бізнес-процесів як сучасного методу управління вітчизняними промисловими підприємствами, які функціонують в умовах певної економічної нестабільності. Досліджено та схематично наведено еволюцію поняття реінжиніринг бізнес-процесів, яка зображає змістове наповнення цього засобу управління та показує ключову роль інформаційних технологій у розвитку теорії реінжинірингу на сучасному етапі господарювання. Підкреслено можливості, яких підприємство може досягти за оптимального використання інформаційних технологій у своїй діяльності, показано їх роль у підвищенні ефективності функціонування підприємств крізь призму оптимізації зовнішніх бізнес-процесів, що покладено в основу Х-інжинірингу як нового етапу розвитку теорії реінжинірингу. The article shows the relevance of business processes reengineering as modern method of domestic industrial management of enterprises which are operating in specific conditions of economic instability. The concept of business processes reengineering evolution is researched and schematically represented. This evolution reflects the semantic content of management tool and shows the change of key factors at each stage of its theory. The key role of information technology in reengineering theory evolution is described at the present stage of economic development. Using information technologies in methods and management tools expands the range of capabilities in management because market of information technologies offers a wide range of application software that makes it possible to improve the business processes reengineering depending on the financial capacity of the company and the complexity of the tasks. Opportunities are highlighted that enterprise could achieve within the optimal use of information technology in its activity. The importance of information technology in almost all areas of the company activities are highlighted as information technologies open new opportunities in management as they became a base for emergence of new management tools, X-engineering, for example. X-engineering is a new period in development of theory of engineering and aims at expanding business processes outside the enterprise. In these conditions development of information technologies today gives an opportunity for entrepreneurs to do business in a new way changing design not only of internal business processes, but also external ones, those dealing with the interaction with consumers.Item Реінжиніринг бізнес-процесів як чинник прискореного розвитку економіки(Видавництво Львівської політехніки, 2013) Гвоздь, М. Я.Відображено актуальність застосування реінжинірингу бізнес-процесів як сучасного методу управління вітчизняними промисловими підприємствами, які функціонують в умовах прискореного економічного розвитку. Розглянуто та проаналізовано новий напрям розвитку реінжинірингу бізнес-процесів – Х-інжиніринг, в основу якого покладено оптимізацію зовнішніх бізнес-процесів за допомогою застосування сучасних інформаційних технологій. Проаналізована необхідність виникнення та відмінність Х-інжинірингу від реінжинірингу бізнес-процесів. Розкрито переваги застосування Х-інжинірингу та охарактеризовано розширені межі функціонування Х-інжинірингу, які не були притаманні реінжинірингу бізнес-процесів, але є необхідні промисловим підприємствам для підвищення ефективності ведення виробничо-господарської діяльності та підвищення рівня конкурентоспроможності підприємств у сучасних ринкових умовах. The article reveals the actuality of the application of business process reengineering as a modern approach in the domestic industry enterprises management, functioning in the conditions of the accelerated economic development. The new trend of business process reengineering - X-engineering, based on the optimization of external business processes through the use of modern information technology, is considered and analyzed. The necessity of origin and difference X-engineering of business process reengineering are presented. The benefits of X-engineering application are determined. It was found out that the extended limits of functioning of X-engineering were not typical for business process reengineering, but are necessary for industrial companies for increasing of the efficiency of production and economic activity and improvement of the competitiveness of enterprises at the current market conditions.Item Історичний розвиток поглядів на удосконалення бізнес-процесів(Видавництво Львівської політехніки, 2010) Приходько, Л.
