    Зарубіжний досвід та вітчизняні передумови податкового стимулювання інноваційної діяльності

    Розглянуто зарубіжний досвід податкового стимулювання інноваційної діяльності, досліджено основні механізми активізації НДДКР у країнах-членах ОЕСР та тенденції в умовах кризи. Проаналізовано передумови та нормативно-правове забезпечення стимулювання інновацій в Україні. Рекомендовано запровадження дієвих податкових стимулів інноваційної діяльності підприємств. Foreign experience of tax stimulation of innovative activity is considered, basic mechanisms of activation of R&D in the countries-members of OECD and tendencies in the conditions of crisis are investigated. Pre-conditions and normative-legal maintenance of stimulation of innovations are analysed in Ukraine. Introduction of effective tax incentives of innovative activity of enterprises is advised.
