Item Zakres korzystania z mediów społecznościowych przez przedsiębiorstwa w krajach UE-28(Видавництво «Редакція «УП», 2016) Sarama, MariaIn recent years, social media have been increasingly adopted in enterprises. Enterprises use them for: developing the enterprise's image; obtaining or responding to customer opinions; involving customers in development or innovation of products; collaborating with business partners; recruiting employees; exchanging views within the enterprise and supporting internal communication and collaboration. The aim of this paper is to compare usage of social media by small, medium-sized and large firms in EU-28 members. To obtain groups of similar countries, values of composite measure were calculated according to the TOPSIS method. The values of the indicators were calculated based on the Eurostat data.
