Complex sources and forms of legal nihilism analyses, all in all with the critical cogitation about regularities of social anomy, gave a possibility to synthesize new basis of categories and concepts of legal nihilism, based on the Durkgaym and Merton’s doctrines about social anomy. Maslou)Item Інформаційні війни – нова ера політтехнологій у виборах(Видавництво Національного університету "Львівська політехніка", 2009) Бойко, ТарасThese thesis are devoted to the investigation of modern election process, based on the informative wars and preelection companies, using the way of complex analysis and imposition of methods and ways of realization of named processes. We investigate the influence modern election technologies on the consciousness of electorate, which exercised on the basic of informationally-psychological action. Also the strategy leadily the informative war is examined here and a role of NLP is analised.
