This paper deals with the wide range of questions
that are connected with the appearance, development and
structure of a young applied ethical discipline – information
ethics. Among the main tasks that are solved in this paper are:
the development plot of a new branch of knowledge, first
scientific achievements, the branches of information ethics.
Among them are media researches and Internet researches.
This paper will be interesting to a scientific researcher of a
different degree and level, but first if that who are interested in
the last philosophical researches and whose scientific interests
are related to applied ethics, media and communication.
