In the article we are consider theories of occurrence of the
state (economic, legal, mythical) and nature of the person
(egoistical biases; conscience, as a voice of God in a person’s
soul). The author has not deprived of the attention a religious
problematics which is key in a philosophical heritage of Petro
Linitskiy. As a result of the conducted research the following
conclusion is formulated: interaction between the person and
the state is possible only in a church bosom.
