Among them are media researches and Internet researches. This paper will be interesting to a scientific researcher of a different degree and level, but first if that who are interested in the last philosophical researches and whose scientific interests are related to applied ethics, media and communication.

    These thesis are devoted to the investigation of modern election process, based on the informative wars and preelection companies, using the way of complex analysis and imposition of methods and ways of realization of named processes. We investigate the influence modern election technologies on the consciousness of electorate, which exercised on the basic of informationally-psychological action. Also the strategy leadily the informative war is examined here and a role of NLP is analised.
