Abstract

The construction of the agricultural and sports complex was designed in Ternopil. The building is two-story, rectangular in plan with dimensions of sides 12.0x42.0 m with a floor level of the first floor of 0.600 m and a height to the eaves of 6.8 m. The administrative and residential building is designed with longitudinal load-bearing walls made of clay bricks M100 on M75 mortar, size 250x120x60mm according to DSTU B V.2.7-80:2008 with effective insulation of external walls with expanded polystyrene (? = 100kg/m 3; ? = 0.04 W/m 0С; ?. =0.14m), thickness of external walls – 380 mm. The project provides for - tape from a monolithic pillow and prefabricated concrete blocks. The pillow is made of monolithic reinforced concrete, 300mm thick, reinforced according to design solutions. The ceiling of the building is prefabricated reinforced concrete multi-hollow slabs. The interior partitions and partitions of the bathrooms are made of M50 bricks on M25 mortar. The roof of the building is a sloping gable. Attic rooms-ventilation chambers are provided. Roof structures (girders, rafters, racks, flooring) are wooden. Entrance doors (to the house and apartments) are wooden, lined with metal steel. The doors between the rooms are wooden, and to the balconies - metal-plastic with double glazing. The floors in the house are used based on the functional features of the premises. In the living quarters there are floors, and in the bathrooms and on the staircases - ceramic tiles. The masonry of the outer layer of the wall surfaces is to be carried out in a vertical manner. The plaster is to be carried out with acrylic according to the "Stopter" 11.1 system. The internal walls and partitions (except those specified) are to be plastered with a lime-sand mortar. The walls are to be painted in accordance with the premises decoration certificate. The construction of the house does not create a negative impact on the duration of insolation of neighboring residential buildings. The orientation of the premises ensures their insolation for 2.5 hours or more continuously. The construction site is fenced around the perimeter. The length of the temporary fence is 146 m. The budget plan includes temporary roads 6.0 m wide, with a radius of curvature of 15.0 m. Roads are planned to be widened in places where vehicles are unloaded. Gates and barriers are planned for exit and entry from the budget plan. The budget plan includes temporary structures: sanitary and household premises, temporary warehouses. Provision is made for temporary premises, temporary lighting lines, water supply, temporary electrical networks, and sewage. Dangerous areas of the crane are marked with signs. The master's qualification work consists of 10 working drawings of A1 format, among which three sheets belong to the architectural and construction section (general plan, facades, plans, sections, nodes), four sheets are the calculation-constructive section, in which four structures are calculated (wooden hip roof, reinforced concrete strip foundations, prefabricated prestressed reinforced concrete slab with round cavities, pier), another three sheets are the technological and organizational section, where: a construction plan, a technological map for planning the construction site and a calendar plan for performing all the main works on the site are performed. In the scientific section, a study of an I-beam wooden beam was conducted. The results and analysis of the tests are presented.
