Інформаційна система дистанційної мовної школи

Abstract

Зараз існує багато способів вивчення іноземних мов і система для дистанційного навчання є дуже актуальною в нинішніх умовах, оскільки все більше людей надають перевагу такому методу навчання ніж звичайному, через його зручність та ефективність. Дистанційне навчання дозволяє вивчати мову з будь-якого місця, в зручний час та отримувати доступ до навчальних матеріалів, завдань, відеоуроків лише маючи пристрій з підключенням до інтернету. Також така система відкриває більші можливості вивчення мов, оскільки в місці де живе людина може не бути такої школи або кількість мов може бути обмеженою, а у випадку дистанційної мовної школи людина зможе отримати доступ до набагато більшої кількості різних шкіл та мов, які вони викладають. Процес вивчення будь-якої іноземної мови також є дуже актуальним, однією з підстав для цього є те, що у 2019 році МОН ухвалило Концепцію розвитку англійської мови в університетах [1], яка передбачає наявність рівня В1 для вступу в університети, а В2 для випуску. Частини профільних дисциплін пропонують зробити англомовними та запровадити обов’язкове ЗНО з іноземної мови після бакалаврату. Об’єкт дослідження – процес дистанційного навчання іноземних мов. Предмет дослідження – процеси та функції, які спрямовані на управління учасниками курсів та навчальним матеріалом при дистанційному вивченні іноземних мов. Мета дослідження: розробка та опис процесів в інформаційній системі для дистанційної мовної школи, яка дозволятиме вивчати різні мови та надаватиме можливості для підтримки управління учасниками курсів та навчальним матеріалом. У результаті було розроблену систему у вигляді веб-додатку, в якій існують 3 типи ролей, які мають різні можливості. Неавторизований користувач має доступ до головної сторінки, сторінки з курсами та авторизації. Авторизований ще може отримати доступ до сторінки профілю та зміни його інформації, реєстрації на курс. Другою роллю є вчитель, який може додавати навчальний матеріал до свого курсу та має можливість перегляду всіх курсів. Адміністратор відповідає за управління учасниками, тобто зміною їхніх ролей та курсів на які вони записані, та управління курсами, а саме зміну, додавання курсів та призначення на них вчителів. Тип навчання в школі є змішаним, тобто частина навчального матеріалу надається студентам в онлайн форматі, а частина має бути опрацьована ними самостійно що позитивно вплине на вивчення мови.There are many ways to learn foreign languages right now, and the system for distance learning is very relevant in the current environment, as more people prefer this method of learning to the usual one because of its convenience and efficiency. This system also opens up more opportunities for language learning, as there may not be such a school in the place where a person lives or the number of languages may be limited, and in the case of a distance language school, a person will be able to access a much larger number of different schools and languages they teach. The process of learning any foreign language is also very relevant, one of the reasons for this is that in 2019 the Ministry of Education and Science adopted the Concept of English Language Development at Universities [1], which requires a B1 level for university admission and a B2 level for graduation. Some specialized disciplines are proposed to be taught in English and a mandatory foreign language test is to be introduced after the bachelor's degree. The object of research is the process of distance learning of foreign languages. The subject of the study is the processes and functions aimed at managing course participants and educational material in distance learning of foreign languages. Purpose of the study: to develop and describe the processes in an information system for a distance language school that will allow learning different languages and provide opportunities to support the management of course participants and learning material. As a result, a system was developed in the form of a web application, in which there are 3 types of roles with different capabilities. An unauthorized user has access to the home page, the course page, and the authorization page. An authorized user can also access the profile page and change his or her information, as well as register for a course. The second role is the teacher, who can add learning material the course and has the ability to view all courses. The administrator is responsible for managing participants, which means changing their roles and the courses they are enrolled in, and managing courses, such as changing, adding courses and assigning teachers to them. The type of learning at the school is blended, in other words, part of the learning material is provided to students in an online format, and part of it must be worked out by them independently, which will have a positive effect on language learning.
