dc.description.abstractНаведено результати дослідження із метою розроблення складного екстракту на основі лікарських рослин родини Жовтецеві, а саме: трави Caltha palustris, трави Ficaria verna, трави Ranunculus acris. Встановлено показники доброякісності сировини та визначено вміст екстрактивних речовин у складних екстрактах. Досліджено кількісний вміст фенольних сполук та флавоноїдів і встановлено, що у складних екстрактах, отриманих методом об’єднання екстрактів досліджуваних рослин, кількісний вміст фенолів та флавоноїдів був вищий, ніж у екстрактах, одержаних мацерацією суміші трав. Найвищий вміст фенолів і флавоноїдів у екстрактах, де екстрагентом був 70 % етанол.
dc.description.abstractThe results of research on the development of a complex extract based on medicinal plants of the Ranunculaceae L family, namely: herbs Caltha palustris, Ficaria verna, Ranunculus acris. The qualitative indicators of raw materials are established and the content of extractive substances in complex extracts is determined. According to the results of the study, the quantitative content of phenolic compounds and flavonoids obtained in complex extracts by combining monoextracts of test plants obtained by maceration, the content of phenols and flavonoids in bones was higher than in extracts obtained by maceration of herbal mixtures. The extractant (70 % ethanol) used to obtain extracts with the highest content of phenols and flavonoids was determined.
