Особливості соціального супроводу в закладах передвищої освіти в умовах воєнного стану

Abstract

Метою дослідження є з’ясування особливостей організації та здійснення соціального супроводу здобувачів освіти у закладах передвищої освіти в умовах воєнного стану, визначення чинників його ефективності та розробка практичних рекомендацій для покращення соціально-педагогічної роботи. Предметом дослідження є специфіка соціального супроводу здобувачів освіти, об’єктом – сам процес супроводу у закладах освіти. Дослідження показало, що соціальний супровід є комплексною системою заходів, що включає психологічну, педагогічну, соціально-правову та інтеграційну підтримку дітей-сиріт, внутрішньо переміщених осіб та інших вразливих категорій. Ефективність супроводу забезпечується комплексним застосуванням методик, використанням сучасних технологій, індивідуалізацією підтримки та міжвідомчою координацією. Центральною фігурою є соціальний педагог, який організовує взаємодію учнів, педагогів, сімей та соціальних служб. Серед перешкод, що обмежують ефективність супроводу, визначено колізії в законодавстві, житлову нестабільність випускників-сиріт, обмежені можливості організації відпочинку, а також складнощі адаптації ВПО. Фактори підвищення ефективності включають: застосування індивідуального і гуманістичного підходів, системну взаємодію учасників освітнього процесу, раннє виявлення проблем, застосування сучасних технологій (онлайн-консультування, арт-терапія тощо). Практичне значення роботи полягає у розробці рекомендацій для адміністрацій закладів передвищої освіти та соціальних педагогів щодо організації комплексного соціального супроводу в умовах воєнного стану. Теоретичне значення полягає у систематизації теоретико-методологічних підходів, аналізі чинників ефективності та бар’єрів реалізації соціальних послуг.

The aim of the study is to identify the characteristics of the organization and implementation of social support for students in post-secondary education institutions under martial law, determine factors influencing its effectiveness, and develop practical recommendations to improve socio-pedagogical work. The subject of the study is the specifics of social support for students, and the object is the process of providing support within educational institutions. The study demonstrated that social support is a comprehensive system of measures, including psychological, pedagogical, socio-legal, and integrative assistance for orphans, internally displaced persons (IDPs), and other vulnerable groups. The effectiveness of support is ensured through the integrated use of methodologies, application of modern technologies, individualized assistance, and inter-agency coordination. The central figure in this process is the social educator, who organizes interaction among students, teachers, families, and social services. Obstacles limiting the effectiveness of support include legislative conflicts, housing instability of orphan graduates, limited opportunities for recreation, and difficulties in IDPs’ adaptation. Factors enhancing effectiveness include the use of individual and humanistic approaches, systematic interaction among participants in the educational process, early identification of problems, and application of modern technologies such as online counseling and art therapy. The practical significance of the study lies in the development of recommendations for post-secondary education administrations and social educators on organizing comprehensive social support under martial law. The theoretical significance consists in systematizing theoretical and methodological approaches and analyzing factors influencing the effectiveness and barriers to the provision of social services.
