Abstract
The research is focused on the challenging problem of
correlation between the architecture and landscape in the river
valleys located in the Ukrainian Carpathians. The article
defines and proves five essential principles of architectural
and landscape layout of these territories, based on the results
of author’s research and modern scientific developments.
