Інформаційне забезпечення збору та аналізу даних із відкритих джерел інформації

Abstract

В умовах цифрової трансформації освіти, інформаційне забезпечення стає ключовим інструментом для прийняття обґрунтованих управлінських рішень. Бакалаврська робота присвячена створенню функціонального рішення, що дозволяє систематизовано збирати та візуалізувати статистику вступу абітурієнтів, використовуючи відкриті джерела. У дослідженні проаналізовано сучасні методи та інструменти, які забезпечують ефективну роботу з освітніми даними, зокрема OSINT-підходи, табличні процесори та платформи візуалізації [1, 2]. Було встановлено, що наявні інструменти, які містять великий обсяг даних (портал ЄДЕБО, сайт Вступ.OSVITA.UA, звіти Держстату, аналітика НМТ), не пропонують комплексного та зручного інструменту, спеціально адаптованого під потреби адміністрації кафедри. Відсутність централізованого доступу до аналітики вступної кампанії ускладнює стратегічне планування, профорієнтаційну роботу, прогнозування кількості вступників та коригування освітніх програм [4-5]. Об'єктом дослідження визначено процес інформаційного забезпечення аналізу відкритих освітніх даних. Предметом дослідження стали методи збирання, структурування, аналіз та візуальне подання статистики для прийняття освітніх рішень. Метою роботи було розробити зрозуміле та функціональне рішення, яке дасть змогу завідувачу кафедри швидко оцінити динаміку вступу, визначити пріоритетні напрямки діяльності та вчасно реагувати на зміни. У процесі реалізації було зібрано дані за 2020–2024 роки із кількох офіційних джерел. Після первинної обробки інформація упорядковувалася у Google Sheets, форматувалась та структурувалась у Microsoft Excel, а графіки було побудовано у Power BI. Статистика охоплювала динаміку кількості вступників, середні конкурсні бали, ліцензійні обсяги та джерела фінансування [3]. За допомогою OSINT-інструментів використовувався метод збирання додаткової інформації з відкритих джерел, який допоміг доповнити офіційну статистику щодо вступу [6]. Результатом роботи стала інтегрована система, яка дає змогу швидко оцінити стан вступної кампанії, зіставити показники між роками та підкріпити висновки візуальною інформацією. Особливістю розробки є її адаптованість до локального контексту - вона розрахована на реальні потреби кафедри, враховує обмеженість ресурсів та доступність цифрових інструментів.

In the conditions of digital transformation of education, information support becomes a key tool for making informed management decisions at the level of departments, specialties and universities. The bachelor's work is devoted to creating a functional solution that allows for the systematic collection, analysis and visualization of statistics on the admission of applicants using open sources. The study analyzes modern methods and tools that ensure effective work with educational data, in particular OSINT approaches, spreadsheet processors and visualization platforms [1, 2]. It was found that the existing tools, which contain a large amount of data (the YEDEBO portal, the Vstup.OSVITA.UA website, State Statistics Service reports, NMT analytics), do not offer a comprehensive and convenient tool specifically adapted to the needs of the department administration. The lack of centralized access to the analytics of the admission campaign complicates strategic planning, career guidance work, forecasting the number of applicants and adjusting educational programs [4-5]. The object of the study was the process of information support for the analysis of open educational data. The subject of the study was the methods of collecting, structuring, analyzing and visualizing statistics for making educational decisions. The goal of the work was to develop a clear and functional solution that would allow the head of the department to quickly assess the dynamics of admission, determine priority areas of activity and respond to changes in a timely manner. During the implementation process, data for 2020–2024 was collected from several official sources. After initial processing, the information was organized in Google Sheets, formatted and structured in Microsoft Excel, and graphs were built in Power BI. Statistics covered the dynamics of the number of entrants, average competitive scores, license volumes, and funding sources [3]. Using OSINT tools, the method of collecting additional information from open sources was additionally used, which helped to supplement the official statistics on admission [6]. The result of the work was an integrated system that allows you to quickly assess the state of the admission campaign, compare indicators between years, and support conclusions with visual information. A feature of the development is its adaptability to the local context - it is designed for the real needs of the department, takes into account limited resources and the availability of digital tools. The study confirmed that open sources can be a reliable basis for making strategic decisions in the educational sphere.
