Інформаційне забезпечення автоматизації планувань проєктів інтеграцією KANBAN та GANTT підходів

Abstract

Досліджено предметну область візуального управління проєктами для Kanban та Gantt підходів; визначено переваги й труднощі їх застосування; проаналізовано запропоновані вебрішення, такі як Kanbanly, My work board, Kanbanier, Kanbana, Kanbanote. Висвітлено інформаційну архітектуру вебзастосунку автоматизації інтегрування таких підходів до управління проєктами, як Kanban та Gantt; наведено хід інформаційних подій, структуру бази даних, об’єктів у додатку засобами IDEF0, DFD, UML, ER діаграм. Оцінено ефективність застосування створеного додатка для наборів проєктних завдань й часу формування візуалізацій проєктних даних планування.

The subject area of visual project management for Kanban and Gantt approaches is researched; the advantages and difficulties of their usage are analysed; existing web solutions such as Kanbanly, My work board, Kanbanier, Kanbana, Kanbanote are analysed. The information architecture of the web application for automating the integration of both Kanban and Gantt project management approaches is presented; the flow of information events, the structure of the database, objects in the application using IDEF0, DFD, UML, ER diagrams are presented. The effectiveness of using the created application for sets of project tasks and the time for generating visualisations of project planning data is evaluated.
