Роль проєктної діяльності у стратегічному плануванні об’єднаних територіальних громад

Abstract

The article substantiates the relevance of international support for the decentralization reform and local self-government development in Ukraine. It is shown that an important component of sustainable community development is strategic management, which, in turn, is impossible without strategic planning – the elaboration of a long-term strategy for the development of capable territorial communities. A number of projects/programs of international support for local government development have been studied. It is shown that, in addition to financial support, the programs provide access to expert support and advice on project implementation, which is a significant support for communities in developing effective strategies and action plans to achieve their goals.
