dc.description.abstract | Наведено результати дослідження хлороформного екстракту трави Ficaria verna, зокрема визначено хімічний склад та антиоксидантну активність. Ідентифіковано 38 летких сполук: вищі жирні кислоти, естери жирних кислот, моноциклічні та біциклічні монотерпеноїди, насичені вуглеводні (алкани) тощо. Встановлено, що хлороформний екстракт проявляє антиоксидантну дію. Крім того, високий вміст біологічно активних речовин у ліпофільній леткій фракції Ficaria verna свідчить про перспективи подальших досліджень. | |
dc.description.abstract | The results of the study of chloroform extract of the herb Ficaria verna, in particular thechemical composition and antioxidant activity are presented in the paper. 38 volatile compounds were identified: higher fatty acids, fatty acid esters, monocyclic and bicyclic monoterpenoids, saturated hydrocarbons (alkanes), etc. Research determined that chloroform extract shows antioxidant activity. In addition, the significant content of biologically active substances in the lipophilic volatile fraction of Ficaria verna. indicates the prospects for further research. | |
