Армія і політика: моделі взаємодії в умовах різних політичних режимів

Abstract

Осмислюється проблема ролі і місця армії у суспільстві. Здійснено спробу визначити сутність Збройних сил у контексті взаємодії із владою. Проаналізовано принципи і особливості функціонування армії в умовах різних політичних режимів (тоталітарного, авторитарного, демократичного). Охарактеризовано основні моделі і форми взаємодії армії і політики. Всебічно розглядаються принципи і механізми політичного функціонування армії у правових демократичних державах і висвітлюються особливості взаємодії структури із цивільною владою. Значну увагу приділено характеристиці демократичного цивільного контролю над Збройними силами. In the present article the problem, concerning role and place of the army within society, is being comprehended. We have carried out an attempt to determine the armed forces essence within the context of its interaction with power. We have analysed principles and peculiarities of the army's functioning in conditions of different political regimes (totalitarian, authoritarian, democratic). Fundamental models and forms of interactions of army and policy had been characterized. Principles and mechanisms of political functioning of the army in legal democratic states are being thoroughly considered and peculiarities of the structure's interaction with a civic power are being reflected. Serious attention had been paid to the mechanisms of realization of democratic civil control over the armed forces.
