Відносини України та Литви: історичні зв’язки, сучасне партнерство та перспективи

Abstract

Відносини між Україною та Литвою є яскравим прикладом плідного партнерства, що ґрунтується на спільних історичних традиціях, глибокому розумінні сучасних геополітичних викликів та спільних європейських цінностях. В умовах повномасштабної агресії Російської Федерації проти України, Литва виступає одним із найактивніших та найпослідовніших прихильників і донорів України на міжнародній арені. Об’єкт дослідження — міждержавні відносини між Україною та Литовською Республікою в історичній перспективі та в контексті сучасного політичного, економічного й безпекового співробітництва. Предмет дослідження — розвиток українсько-литовських відносин, перспективи, а також чинники, що впливають на формування та зміцнення стратегічного партнерства між Україною та Литвою. Мета дослідження — комплексний аналіз українсько-литовських відносин у історичному минулому, оцінка сучасного стану двостороннього співробітництва та визначення перспектив розвитку стратегічного партнерства між Україною та Литвою. У бакалаврській кваліфікаційній роботі проаналізовано історичні етапи формування українсько-литовських зв`язків від періоду Великого князівства Литовського до початку ХХ століття.[6] Розглянуто розвиток відносин між Україною та Литвою в період здобуття незалежності обома державами та становлення дипломатичних контактів.[4] Оцінено основні напрямки сучасного українсько-литовського партнерства.[5] Визначено роль Литви в підтримці європейської та євроатлантичної інтеграції України.[2] Виявлено ключові виклики та можливості у двосторонніх відносинах, які впливають на перспективи їх подальшого розвитку.[3] Запропоновано рекомендації щодо посилення стратегічного партнерства між Україною та Литвою в контексті сучасних геополітичних реалій.[1]Relations between Ukraine and Lithuania are a vivid example of a fruitful partnership based on common historical traditions, a deep understanding of modern geopolitical challenges and common European values. In the conditions of full-scale aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine, Lithuania is one of the most active and consistent supporters and donors of Ukraine in the international arena. The object of the study is interstate relations between Ukraine and the Republic of Lithuania in a historical perspective and in the context of modern political, economic and security cooperation. The subject of the study is the development of Ukrainian-Lithuanian relations, prospects, as well as factors influencing the formation and strengthening of the strategic partnership between Ukraine and Lithuania. The purpose of the study is a comprehensive analysis of Ukrainian-Lithuanian relations in the historical past, an assessment of the current state of bilateral cooperation and the determination of the prospects for the development of the strategic partnership between Ukraine and Lithuania. The bachelor's qualification work analyzes the historical stages of the formation of Ukrainian-Lithuanian relations from the period of the Grand Duchy of Lithuania to the beginning of the 20th century.[6] The development of relations between Ukraine and Lithuania during the period of independence of both states and the establishment of diplomatic contacts is considered.[4] The main directions of the modern Ukrainian-Lithuanian partnership are assessed.[5] The role of Lithuania in supporting the European and Euro-Atlantic integration of Ukraine is determined.[2] Key challenges and opportunities in bilateral relations that affect the prospects for their further development are identified.[3] Recommendations are proposed for strengthening the strategic partnership between Ukraine and Lithuania in the context of modern geopolitical realities.[1]
