Міжнародні санкції проти Ірану: особливості застосування та оцінка ефективності

Abstract

Міжнародні санкції – один з ключових елементів сучасної зовнішньої політики та дієвий спосіб впливу на країни, що нехтують міжнародними угодами. Протягом кількох десятиліть пильна увага міжнародного співтовариства зосереджувалась на Ісламській Республіці Іран, політика якої у сфері розробки ядерної програми стала приводом для накладення значних санкцій з боку Організації Об'єднаних Націй, Європейського Союзу, Сполучених Штатів Америки та інших впливових гравців. Об’єкт дослідження – міжнародні санкції, які розглядаються як інструмент впливу в зовнішній політиці. Предмет дослідження – особливості застосування міжнародних санкцій, спрямованих на Іран, а також оцінка їх ефективності. Мета дослідження – всебічний аналіз міжнародних санкцій, які були застосовані проти Ірану, з оцінкою їхньої ефективності у контексті реалізації заявлених цілей світової спільноти. У бакалаврській кваліфікаційній роботі було досліджено поняття міжнародних санкцій, їхні основні види та класифікацію [5]. Розглянуто історичний контекст і еволюцію санкційної політики, спрямованої проти Ірану [4]. Проведено аналіз юридичних і економічних аспектів санкційного режиму, встановлено ключові наслідки його впливу на економіку Ірану та міжнародні ринки [2]. Окрему увагу приділено вивченню способів обходу санкцій та оцінці їхньої ефективності [3]. Також здійснено оцінку результативності міжнародних санкцій у досягненні політичних та економічних цілей світової спільноти [1].International sanctions are one of the key elements of modern foreign policy and an effective way to influence countries that disregard international agreements. For several decades, the international community has been paying close attention to the Islamic Republic of Iran, whose policy of developing a nuclear program has led to significant sanctions imposed by the United Nations, the European Union, the United States and other influential players. Study object is international sanctions, which are seen as an instrument of influence in foreign policy. Scope of research – Peculiarities of the application of international sanctions against Iran, as well as assessment of their effectiveness. Goal of research is a comprehensive analysis of international sanctions imposed on Iran, with an assessment of their effectiveness in the context of achieving the stated goals of the international community. The bachelor's thesis examines the concept of international sanctions, their main types and classification were investigated [5]. The historical context and evolution of the sanctions policy directed against Iran are considered [2]. The analysis of the legal and economic aspects of the sanctions regime was carried out, and the key consequences of its impact on the Iranian economy and international markets were determined [3]. Particular attention is paid to the study of methods of circumventing sanctions and the assessment of their effectiveness [1]. An assessment of the effectiveness of international sanctions in achieving the political and economic goals of the world community was also carried out [4].
