Abstract
In this article an author carries out description of
features of electoral process in Russian Federation; lights up
conformities to the law in flowing of hustings. Points
judgement of experts, specialists concerning application of
administrative resource and its monopoly present power on
mass medias, and also draws a conclusion and generalizations
in relation to negative influence of the noted factors on the
process of fight for presidential position and places in State
Thought of Russia. Exposes maintenance of concept the
«phenomenon of Putin».
