Гібридні загрози під час громадянської війни: на прикладі Нікарагуа (1981-1988)

Abstract

Публікація присвячується явищу гібридної війни, зважаючи на події в Нікарагуа у 1980-х. Представлено історичне підґрунтя протистояння між сандіністським режимом та контрас. Показано, які методи економічного тиску, розвідки, дезінформації, інформаційних технологій можуть вживатись під час гібридної війни. Відзначається велике значення ЗМІ для ведення пропаганди та розробки “методичок” для подання потрібної інформації. Автор зауважив те, що гібридна війна тісно пов’язана з непрямою агресією, адже ведеться без підтвердженої участі збройних сил. Результати дослідження свідчать про те, що належну оцінку гібридної війни може дати незалежний міжнародний судовий орган, яким став Міжнародний Суд ООН щодо громадянської війни в Нікарагуа. The publication is devoted to the phenomenon of hybrid warfare, taking into account the conflict in Nicaragua in the 1980s. The historical basis of the confrontation between the Sandinista regime and the Contras is presented. Hybrid warfare methods of economic pressure, intelligence, disinformation, and information technology are described. The great importance of mass media is shown related to propaganda and publishing methodological works for providing relevant information is highlighted. The author notes that hybrid war is closely related to indirect aggression as the participation of the armed forces is not confirmed. The results of the study conclude that a proper assessment of the hybrid war can be given by an independent international judicial body, for example the International Court of Justice in case of the civil war in Nicaragua.
