Культурна дипломатія Греції: особливості та перспективи реалізації

Abstract

Культурна дипломатія Греції залишається потужним інструментом впливу, заснованим на багатій історичній спадщині та сучасних креативних індустріях. Особливо в умовах глобалізації та цифровізації, які формують нові тенденції міжкультурного діалогу. Кожен напрям грецької культурної дипломатії – від популяризації античної спадщини до сучасного кіно та музики – має унікальні риси та потенціал для розвитку. Одночасно саме культурна дипломатія є інструментом зміцнення міжнародного авторитету Греції, сприяючи економічному розвитку та політичному діалогу. Об’єктом дослідження є культурна дипломатія Греції як інструмент зовнішньої політики. Предметом дослідження є особливості та перспективи реалізації культурної дипломатії Греції в сучасних міжнародних відносинах. Метою дослідження є аналіз особливостей розвитку культурної дипломатії Греції та прогнозування перспектив її реалізації як ефективного інструменту зовнішньої політики держави в умовах мінливого міжнародного середовища. У бакалаврській кваліфікаційній роботі досліджується проблема культурної дипломатії Греції як інструменту зовнішньої політики. Від античних часів до сьогодення ця древня держава використовує свою унікальну культурну спадщину як ефективний механізм «м’якої сили», що зазнав суттєвих трансформацій у сучасних умовах глобалізації [2; 4]. Як зазначає Джозеф Най, «м’яка сила» полягає у здатності формувати уподобання інших через привабливість культурних цінностей, політичних ідеалів та політичних практик [5]. Вказується, що особливу увагу у цьому процесі відіграє діяльність Грецького фонду культури, який через свої філії активно популяризує грецьку мову та культуру, зокрема одеська філія – в Україні [1]. З’ясовано, що результативність грецької культурної дипломатії варіюється залежно від регіону [3]. У Східній Європі, зокрема в Україні, вона має особливу специфіку, пов’язану з історичною присутністю грецької діаспори та спільними православними традиціями [1]. Багатовіковий досвід культурного впливу Греції, з одного боку, демонструє унікальність її історичної спадщини [2], з іншого – вимагає адаптації до сучасних викликів цифрової епохи.

Cultural diplomacy of Greece remains a powerful tool of influence, based on a rich historical heritage and modern creative industries. Especially in the context of globalization and digitalization, which are shaping new trends in intercultural dialogue. Each direction of Greek cultural diplomacy - from the popularization of ancient heritage to modern cinema and music - has unique features and potential for development. At the same time, cultural diplomacy is a tool for strengthening the international authority of Greece, contributing to economic development and political dialogue. The object of the study is the cultural diplomacy of Greece as a tool of foreign policy. The subject of the study is the features and prospects for the implementation of cultural diplomacy of Greece in modern international relations. The purpose of the study is to analyze the features of the development of cultural diplomacy of Greece and predict the prospects for its implementation as an effective tool of the state's foreign policy in a changing international environment. The bachelor's qualification work examines the problem of cultural diplomacy of Greece as a tool of foreign policy. From ancient times to the present day, this ancient state has used its unique cultural heritage as an effective mechanism of “soft power”, which has undergone significant transformations in the modern conditions of globalization [2; 4]. As Joseph Nye notes, “soft power” consists in the ability to shape the preferences of others through the attractiveness of cultural values, political ideals and political practices [5]. It is indicated that special attention in this process is paid to the activities of the Hellenic Cultural Foundation, which actively promotes the Greek language and culture through its branches, in particular the Odesa branch in Ukraine [1]. It has been found that the effectiveness of Greek cultural diplomacy varies depending on the region [3]. In Eastern Europe, in particular in Ukraine, it has a special specificity associated with the historical presence of the Greek diaspora and common Orthodox traditions [1]. The centuries-old experience of cultural influence of Greece, on the one hand, demonstrates the uniqueness of its historical heritage [2], on the other hand, it requires adaptation to the modern challenges of the digital age.
