Abstract
У статті описано основні етапи механізму управління зовнішньоекономічною дія-
льністю підприємств на засадах сталого розвитку. Дослідження базується на аналізі нау-
кових доробків українських та зарубіжних науковців, а також на основі практики управ-
ління зовнішньоекономічною діяльністю міжнародних та українських компаній. Запро-
поновано модель стратегічного управління зовнішньоекономічною діяльністю підпри-
ємств на засадах сталого розвитку та виокремлено переваги її використання, серед яких:
підвищення рівня конкурентоспроможності на закордонних ринках; збільшення рівня
стійкості компанії в довгостроковій перспективі; зростання фінансових результатів та
ефективності, тощо. В статті також відображено структурні елементи, які відображають
зміст формування механізму управління зовнішньоекономічною діяльністю підприємств
на засадах сталого розвитку. Ця схема демонструє інтегрований механізм управління,
який включає шість основних компонентів, що взаємопов’язані та спрямовані на досяг-
нення стратегічних цілей компанії.
The article describes the main stages of the mechanism for managing a company’s foreign economic activity based on the principles of sustainable development. The research is based on an analysis of the scientific works of domestic and foreign scientists, as well as on the practice ofmanaging the foreign economic activity of international and Ukrainian companies. A model of strategic management of a company’s foreign economic activity based on the principles of sustainable development is proposed and the advantages of its use are highlighted, including: increasing competitiveness in foreign markets; increasing the company’s resilience in the long term; increasing financial results and efficiency, maintaining a high level of quality indicators, the company’s social attractiveness for employees, a positive impact on Ukraine’s environmental development, increasing the company’s reputation and recognition in foreign markets, increasing the level of the company’s investment attractiveness and innovation. The development of a model of strategic management of a company’s foreign economic activity based on the principles of sustainable development will make it possible to: clearly set goals for foreign economic activity, take into account environmental, social, and economic aspects, and develop a plan for achieving them; define the roles and responsibilities of departments, as well as establish effective coordination and cooperation between them; establish clear performance indicators and develop a system for monitoring and evaluating the results of foreign economic activity, which will allow companies to track the success of the implementation of the foreign economic activity strategy and take timely measures to correct it. The article also reflects the structural elements that reflect the content of the formation of the mechanism for managing a company’s foreign economic activity based on the principles of sustainable development. This scheme demonstrates an integrated management mechanism that includes six main interconnected components aimed at achieving the company’s strategic goals. The implementation of a model of strategic management of foreign economic activity and a mechanism for managing foreign economic activity based on the principles of sustainable development will help the company increase the efficiency of its foreign economic activity, achieve its strategic goals, and become more resilient to the changing conditions of the external environment. The prospect for further research is the development of effective strategies for managing foreign economic activity for enterprises, the formation of state policy in the field of foreign trade, increasing the competitiveness of the Ukrainian economy in world markets, and contributing to the achievement of sustainable development goals.
