This paper examines the specifics of processing information resources for the formation of an electronic registry of a scientific society's members. The study highlights the criteria for selecting reliable sources, discusses the necessary data types for the system, and outlines a multistep verification process to ensure the credibility of collected information. Emphasis is placed on cross-checking data from multiple resources and consulting with authorized representatives to validate records before finalizing the registry. Such an approach allows for the creation of a complete and verified digital database.
