Система прийняття та підтримки рішень управління правами доступу до інформаційних ресурсів

Abstract

Управління правами доступу до інформаційних ресурсів повинно входити у безпосередню компетенцію співробітників, відповідальних за цю інформацію ("власників" даних), оскільки саме вони відповідають перед керівництвом за збереження і коректність цих даних. Проте сучасні реалії є такими, що відповідальність за процеси призначення, контролю і управління правами доступу до даних випадає на співробітників, що мають технічні можливості для виконання цього завдання, а саме на IT-фахівців (наприклад, адміністраторів). Завданням даної магістерської кваліфікаційної роботи є розробка інформаційної системи, яка спрямована допомогти адміністратору контролювати та керувати правами доступу співробітників підприємства, а також вирішити питання швидкості опрацювання адміністратором запитів співробітників на отримання тих чи інших прав доступу до захищених інформаційних ресурсів. Метою роботи є отримання на виході працездатної системи управління правами доступу до внутрішніх інформаційних ресурсів підприємства із покращеною, відповідно до систем-аналогів, політикою безпеки і реалізованим на базі сучасних технологій штучного інтелекту та експертних систем методом управління правами доступу. Об’єктом дослідження є безпека інформаційних ресурсів. Предметом дослідження є контроль та маніпулювання правами доступу до інформаційних ресурсів. У роботі запропоновано використати сучасні технології та методи штучного інтелекту для побудови системи управління правами доступу до інформаційних ресурсів. Зокрема, на концептуальному рівні отримав подальший розвиток процес управління правами доступу. Обгрунтовано на дослідницькому рівні механізм управління правами доступу, який завдяки індуктивній інтелектуальній компоненті логічного виведення, принципам самонавчання та знанням, що закладені у зовнішній базі знань, дозволить розробленій системі з часом самостійно приймати рішення щодо маніпулювання правами доступу. Практично застосувати розроблену систему можна на підприємствах, які мають розвинену інформаційну інфраструктуру, потребують високого рівня безпеки внутрішніх інформаційних ресурсів та прагнуть автоматизувати і уніфікувати процес керування правами доступу. Практична цінність одержаних результатів полягає у досягненні простоти процесу управління правами доступу до інформаційних ресурсів на підприємстві. Розроблена система поки що функціонує у вигляді демонстраційного прототипу і до масштабної експлуатації неготова.

The management of access rights to information resources should be within the direct competence of the employees responsible for this information ("owners" of the data), since they are responsible to the management for the preservation and correctness of this data. However, modern realities are such that the responsibility for the processes of assignment, control and management of data access rights falls on employees who have the technical capabilities to perform this task, namely on IT specialists (for example, administrators). The task of this master's qualification work is the development of an information system aimed at helping the administrator to control and manage the access rights of the company's employees, as well as to solve the issue of the speed of the administrator's processing of requests from employees to obtain certain access rights to protected information resources. The goal of the work is to obtain at the output a workable access rights management system to internal information resources of the enterprise with an improved, in accordance with similar systems, security policy and an access rights management method implemented on the basis of modern technologies of artificial intelligence and expert systems. The object of research is the security of information resources. The subject of the study is the control and manipulation of access rights to information resources. The work proposes to use modern technologies and methods of artificial intelligence to build a system for managing access rights to information resources. In particular, at the conceptual level, the access rights management process was further developed. The access rights management mechanism, which thanks to the inductive intellectual component of logical derivation, self-learning principles and knowledge embedded in the external knowledge base, will allow the developed system to independently make decisions regarding the manipulation of access rights over time . The developed system can be practically applied at enterprises that have a developed information infrastructure, need a high level of security of internal information resources, and strive to automate and unify the process of managing access rights. The practical value of the obtained results lies in achieving the simplicity of the process of managing access rights to information resources at the enterprise. The developed system is still functioning as a demonstration prototype and is not ready for large-scale operation.
