Abstract

The authors try to consider the definition of the concept of "Constituent Document" based on domestic legislation and the scientific achievements of researchers. The main attention is focused on the General Characteristics of the group of documents related to the Constituent. The Functions performed by the Constituent Document are emphasized. At the end, an attempt is made to give the Actual Definition of the Constituent Document.
