dc.description.abstractThe article explores the transformation of the insurance industry under the influence of the information society. It highlights the impact of digitalization, the use of big data, AI, and telematics on insurance services. Special attention is paid to the development of cyber insurance and the personalization of services. The paper also outlines key challenges, including cybersecurity and data protection. The study concludes that the integration of digital technologies into the insurance sector is inevitable and necessary for competitiveness and client satisfaction in the modern world.
