Abstract
Analyzed research on the scientific and practical tasks impact the level of motorization on the quality of the transport system, large and significant cities, which together will reduce the delay before intersections, reruns of the vehicles, traffic flows, congestion in exhaust gases of urban air pollution. A separate approach to determining factor for passenger cars, taking into account the stochastic traffic flow structures.
