dc.description.abstractРозглянуто чинники, які впливають на працевлаштування ВПО жінок. Проаналізовано залежність емоційно-психологічного стану жінок ВПО від наявності спеціальності та досвіду роботи, актуальних для місцевого ринку праці. Встановлено, що на емоційно-психологічний стан ВПО жінок більше впливають інші фактори, ніж наявність спеціальності та досвіду роботи, актуальних для місцевого ринку праці. У дослідженні визначено основні бар’єри для працевлаштування внутрішньо переміщених жінок. Підтверджено гіпотезу, що жінки ВПО, які вважають свою спеціальність і досвід роботи за спеціальністю актуальними для місцевого ринку праці, мають також інші навички та вміння, які теж затребувані на цьому ринку праці.
