Abstract

Methodological approaches to acquisition of knowledge and practical skills of users of the system monitoring quality of life in regions of Ukraine are considered. There is unreadiness remote users to effectively use the tools of the system. Under such conditions are likely to policy implementation system for monitoring quality of life in the regions may not give the desired effect. To support the implementation of the monitoring system is proposed to use the massive open online courses that will enable users to acquire knowledge and skills on the use of monitoring tools based on the concept of lifelong learning.
