dc.description.abstractПроцедури оптимізаційного синтезу пакувальних машин. Розглянуто процедури оптимізаційного синтезу структури пакувальних машин модульної будови. A basic task of packing machine (PM) design is providing the implementation of its main function - making goods of the set quality with minimum costs. Since the main function can be realized in different ways, the definite amount of possible principles of action of the machine arises. In order to define the best variant of the machine structure, it is necessary to carry out its optimization synthesis. Optimization synthesis consists of the following procedures: 1. Formalization of the initial data. A packing machine as the object of design is examined in two aspects: as the set of functions and as the set of the functional modules (FM) for realization of these functions. FM are combined with each other to form the array of the structure variants. 2. Defining the criteria of optimality. The criteria of optimality are parameters, that determine efficiency of the machine. 3. Database forming. On this stage the list of typical FM included in the machine is created. Each is characterized by the values of the optimality criteria, that may be predifined or indetified experimentally. 4. Defining the task of optimization. As a rule, it can be presented as a target function with a technical and economic parameters. 5. Synthesis of the alternative packing machine structures. Forming of variants occures according to the algorithm of combining various FM in accordance with the implementation of functions, that are essential for realization of the process operation of packing. The specificity of generation of the PM structures depends on a method applied for realization of the procedure, however it should foresee the rational combination of FM, that do not conflict with principle of functioning of the PM. 6. Searching for the optimal decision. It means the search of such variant of the PM structure, that best satisfies the constraints of the given task.uk_UA
