Розроблення чатбота для налагодження комунікації школярів "ІТ-СТЕП" школи"

Abstract

У сучасній освіті виникає потреба у зручних і швидких засобах комунікації між учнями, вчителями та батьками, особливо в умовах змішаного та дистанційного навчання. Традиційні способи не завжди ефективні та оперативні. У цій роботі розроблено чатбот для школи «ІТ-СТЕП», який автоматизує обмін інформацією, покращує комунікацію та знижує адміністративне навантаження. Вивчено потреби цільової аудиторії та обрано платформу Landbot.io для реалізації MVP-рішення. Реалізований чатбот надає актуальні новини, розклад, персоналізовані повідомлення, допомагає у комунікації з вчителями та управлінні харчуванням. У процесі дослідження проаналізовано сучасний стан використання чатботів в освіті. Було враховано висновки таких науковців, як Іванець Ю. та Вовк Н (2022), Федушко С. та Марьян К (2022), Панасевич Я. та Думанський Н. (2023), Сковрінок Н-М. та Романовська І. (2023), Морушко О. та Гришканич А. (2024). Запропоноване рішення забезпечує ефективну організацію інформаційного обміну, дозволяє скоротити адміністративне навантаження та сприяє зручній взаємодії користувачів з навчальним середовищем. Чатбот реалізовано у форматі вебінтерфейсу з інтеграцією у популярні месенджери, що дозволяє охопити всі вікові групи цільової аудиторії. У процесі розробки було використано інструменти Lean Model Canvas і Customer Journey Map, що забезпечило стратегічне планування функціоналу продукту та орієнтацію на кінцевого користувача. Тестування підтвердило ефективність і зручність використання. Впровадження чатбота сприяє підвищенню якості організації навчального процесу та мотивації користувачів. Об’єкт дослідження - процес організації комунікації в школах з використанням цифрових технологій. Предмет дослідження - розробка чатбота для оптимізації ефективної комунікації між учнями та адміністрацією школи "ІТ-СТЕП". Мета дослідження: розробка чатбота для школи, який забезпечить ефективну комунікацію між учнями, вчителями та адміністрацією школи. Стисло навести результати дослідження. В результаті дослідження розроблено чатбот для школи «ІТ-СТЕП», який автоматизує процес подання замовлень на харчування. Чатбот реалізовано на платформі Landbot.io, що забезпечує зручний інтерфейс для учнів. Проведене тестування підтвердило ефективність роботи бота, спрощення процедури замовлення та зниження адміністративного навантаження на шкільну адміністрацію. Використання чатбота покращує організацію харчування та підвищує комфорт користувачів.In modern education, there is a need for convenient and fast means of communication between students, teachers and parents, especially in conditions of blended and distance learning. Traditional methods are not always effective and efficient. In this work, a chatbot for the IT-STEP school was developed, which automates information exchange, improves communication and reduces administrative burden. The needs of the target audience were studied and the Landbot.io platform was selected for the implementation of the MVP solution. The implemented chatbot provides current news, schedule, personalized messages, helps in communication with teachers and food management. The research analyzed the current state of chatbot use in education. The conclusions of such scientists as Ivanets Y. and Vovk N. (2022), Fedushko S. and Maryan K. (2022), Panasevich Y. and Dumansky N. (2023), Skovrinok N.-M. and Romanovska I. (2023), Morushko O. and Hryshkanych A. (2024) were taken into account. The proposed solution provides effective organization of information exchange, reduces administrative workload and facilitates convenient interaction of users with the learning environment. The chatbot is implemented in the format of a web interface with integration into popular messengers, which allows you to reach all age groups of the target audience. The development process used Lean Model Canvas and Customer Journey Map tools, which ensured strategic planning of product functionality and end-user orientation. Testing confirmed the effectiveness and ease of use. The implementation of the chatbot helps to improve the quality of the organization of the learning process and user motivation. Study object - the process of communication organization in schools using digital technologies. As a result of the research, a chatbot was developed for the IT-STEP school, which automates the process of submitting food orders. The chatbot is implemented on the Landbot.io platform, which provides a convenient interface for students. The testing confirmed the effectiveness of the bot, simplified the ordering procedure, and reduced the administrative burden on the school administration. Using a chatbot improves the organization of meals and increases user comfort.
