Abstract

Зовнішня політика Франції щодо країн Північної Африки у XXI столітті визначається стратегічними, економічними та безпековими інтересами, які формують основні напрями її міжнародної діяльності. Як колишня колоніальна держава, Франція зберігає вагомий вплив на політичні та економічні процеси в регіоні, що зумовлено історичними зв’язками, географічною близькістю та прагненням до забезпечення регіональної стабільності. Також важливу роль відіграють глобалізаційні зміни, виклики міжнародного тероризму та проблема нелегальної міграції, які суттєво впливають на зовнішньополітичний курс Франції. Об’єкт дослідження – зовнішня політика Франції щодо країн Північної Африки у XXI столітті. Предмет дослідження – основні напрями, інструменти та механізми реалізації французької зовнішньої політики в регіоні. Метою роботи є аналіз зовнішньої політики Франції щодо країн Північної Африки у XXI столітті, визначення її стратегічних пріоритетів, проблем та перспектив розвитку. У бакалаврській кваліфікаційній роботі досліджується зовнішня політика Франції щодо країн Північної Африки у XXI столітті. У центрі уваги — теоретичні засади формування зовнішньополітичного курсу Франції, а також історичний контекст, який суттєво впливає на сучасний стан відносин із державами регіону [2]. Особлива увага приділяється аналізу двосторонніх відносин Франції з Єгиптом [4] та країнами Магрибу [3], а також участі Франції у програмі Євро-Середземноморського партнерства [1]. У роботі розглянуто основні цілі французької зовнішньої політики у Північній Африці, виокремлено ключові проблеми її реалізації та окреслено можливі перспективи подальшого розвитку й удосконалення цих відносин у XXI столітті [5].

As a former colonial power, France maintains significant influence over the political and economic processes in the region, which is determined by historical ties, geographical proximity, and the desire to ensure regional stability. Globalization changes, the challenges of international terrorism, and the issue of illegal migration also play an important role, significantly impacting France’s foreign policy course. Study object – France’s foreign policy towards North African countries in the 21st century. Scope of research – the main directions, instruments, and mechanisms of implementation of France’s foreign policy in the region. Goal of research is to analyze France’s foreign policy towards North African countries in the 21st century, and to identify its strategic priorities, challenges, and development prospects. The bachelor’s thesis explores France’s foreign policy towards North African countries in the 21st century. The focus is placed on the theoretical foundations of France’s foreign policy formation, as well as the historical context that significantly influences the current state of relations with the countries of the region [2]. Special attention is given to the analysis of France’s bilateral relations with Egypt [4] and the Maghreb countries [3], as well as France’s participation in the Euro-Mediterranean Partnership programme [1]. The thesis examines the main goals of France’s foreign policy in North Africa, identifies the key challenges in its implementation, and outlines possible prospects for the further development and improvement of these relations in the 21st century [5].
