Діяльність громадських організацій у сфері надання соціальних послуг дітям-сиротам та дітям, позбавленим батьківського піклування в Україні

Abstract

Проведений аналіз досліджень вітчизняних і зарубіжних науковців висвітлює мету, завдання та ключові характеристики діяльності громадських організацій, що надають послуги дітям-сиротам та дітям, позбавленим батьківського піклування. Мета дослідження – Проаналізувати особливості функціонування громадських організацій у сфері надання соціальних послуг дітям-сиротам та дітям, позбавленим батьківського піклування в Україні. Об’єкт: соціальні послуги, які надають громадські організації дітям-сиротам та дітям, позбавленим батьківського піклування в Україні. Предмет: особливості процесу надання соціальних послуг дітям-сиротам та дітям, позбавленим батьківського піклування в Україні. У першому розділі бакалаврської кваліфікаційної роботи розкрито поняття діти-сироти та діти, позбавлені батьківського піклування відповідно до законодавства. [1] У другому розділі бакалаврської кваліфікаційної роботи наголошено на важливості третього/недержавного сектору, зокрема громадських організацій, які є ключовим елементом становлення соціальної та демократичної держави в Україні. [2] У третьому розділі бакалаврської кваліфікаційної роботи на прикладі діяльності ГО «Турбота в дії» окреслено методи і технології, які використовує ця організація в роботі з дітьми-сиротами, дітьми, позбавленими батьківського піклування та опікунами.[3]батьківського піклуванняThe purpose of the study is to identify the peculiarities of the activities of NGOs in the field of social services for orphans and children deprived of parental care in Ukraine and, on their basis, to substantiate the possibility of using the positive experience gained to improve the provision of social services to this category of children in Ukraine. Object: social services provided by non-governmental organizations to orphans and children deprived of parental care in Ukraine. Subject: peculiarities of the process of providing social services to orphans and children deprived of parental care in Ukraine. Research methods. The study uses general scientific methods, such as analysis and synthesis, explanation, formulation of logical conclusions, generalization; and theoretical and empirical methods, including analysis of international and Ukrainian legislation, regulations and legal acts, theoretical analysis of works in the subject area of the study. The first chapter of the bachelor's thesis describes the concept of orphans and children deprived of parental care in accordance with the law.[1] The second chapter of the bachelor's thesis emphasizes the importance of the third/non-governmental sector, in particular, NGOs, which are a key element in the development of a social and democratic state in Ukraine.[2] The third chapter of the bachelor's thesis, using the example of the activities of the NGO “Care in Action”, outlines the methods and technologies used by this organization in working with orphans, children deprived of parental care and guardians, which contributed to the formation of an understanding of the potential of NGOs in addressing the problems of orphanhood and the development of recommendations for improving the services already provided.[3]
