| dc.description.abstract | The small number of publications that systematically describe property of information are marked. It is proposed to divide properties of information into: (a) common properties, that is common to all, without exception, types of information, and (b) specific properties, that is unique to certain types of information. Among the common properties of information are the next: quality, quantity, value, validity, complexity, compression and novelty. Among the specific properties of mass information are the next: relevance, representativeness (completeness), availability, adequacy, timeliness, accuracy (psycholinguistic, linguistic), clarity, aging (information, publications), forgetting and dissemination. The definition of these properties are proposed. | uk_UA |
