Polyesters (pseudo-poly(amino acids) based on the dicarboxilic amino acids and diols of different molecular weight (polyethylene glycols with polycondensation degree of 2-8) were synthesized using N,N′-dicyclo-hexyl-carbodiimide (DCC) – the activator of carboxyl grous. Also were synthesized the novel amphiphilic polyesterethers based on natural dibasic amino acids including their N-derivatives with controllable colloidal properties and ionogenic groups of cationic type (amino groups). The complex of properties (amphiphilicity, biodegradability and non-toxic degradation of the products) and the ability to form self-assembled structures in aqueous environment allow to use such polymers to form in vivo delivery systems.uk_UA
