This paper highlights the main problems of investment support innovative development of the national economy. Noted the need for incentives to attract venture
capital, create an enabling institutional environment for innovation, fostering innovation at all stages, creating a legal environment conducive to high-tech industries, the development of intellectual property, development of specific infrastructure innovation.
