dc.description.abstract | Crucial role of management is proved in realizing the potential of enterprise management system. The essence of the concept of “managerial staff’ based on establishing key characteristics of managerial work is specified. The necessity of consideration of personal potential managers and their competencies as prerequisites of managerial capacity of the enterprise is justified.
