| dc.description.abstract | The first meeting of National Commettee that took place on the 26th of November 1944 and excepted Manifesto about the Reunion of Transcarpathian Ukraine with the Soviet Ukraine was not national. Changes in the sphere of culture in the area in 1944–1945 took place according to the Soviet sumple.
