Abstract
The article is devoted to consideration of the conception of
illiberal democracy in a modern political thought. Approaches
which are presented in Western political discourse in relation
to the analysis of conditions of illiberal democracy formation
are being described. Special attention is given to the main
theoretical principles of F. Zakariya conception, in relation to
the features of forming of illiberal democracy.
