Стратегічне партнерство США та Ізраїлю: особливості формування і перспективи розвитку

Abstract

У сучасних міжнародних відносинах стратегічне партнерство є важливою формою двосторонньої співпраці країн. Його яскравим прикладом є відносини США та Ізраїлю, що мають вагомий вплив на глобальний світовий порядок. Зародження та розвиток стратегічних зв’язків між цими державами у політичній, військовій та економічній галузях свідчить про високий рівень довіри, спільність національних інтересів і готовність до координації дій у дипломатичній і безпековій сферах. Дослідження еволюції цього партнерства дозволяє простежити трансформацію зовнішньої політики обох країн, оцінити ефективність такого типу взаємодії та перспективи його впровадження іншими країнами, зокрема й Україною. Об’єктом дослідження є відносини США та Ізраїлю. Предметом дослідження є американо-ізраїльське стратегічне партнерство у ХХІ столітті. Метою роботи є аналіз особливостей формування та перспектив розвитку стратегічного партнерства США та Ізраїлю. У бакалаврській кваліфікаційній роботі досліджено феномен стратегічного партнерства між США та Державою Ізраїль. Увагу акцентовано на тому, що стратегічне партнерство дозволяє Сполученим Штатам та Ізраїлю не лише координувати зовнішньополітичні дії, а й спільно реагувати на безпекові виклики в регіоні Близького Сходу [4]. З’ясовано, що партнерство між цими державами охоплює політичну, військову та економічну сфери, а також спирається на спільність стратегічних інтересів і цінностей [3]. У роботі зроблено висновок, що хоча між сторонами можуть виникати тактичні розбіжності, стратегічний характер відносин зберігається завдяки довготривалій історії відносин, формалізованій співпраці та значному політичному й військовому впливу США на регіональну стабільність [5].In contemporary international relations, strategic partnership constitutes a significant form of bilateral cooperation between states. A prominent example of this is the relationship between the United States and Israel, which exerts substantial influence on the global order. The emergence and development of strategic ties between these two nations in the political, military, and economic spheres reflect a high level of mutual trust, a convergence of national interests, and a willingness to coordinate actions in the realms of diplomacy and security. Examining the evolution of this partnership enables a deeper understanding of the transformation of both countries’ foreign policies, provides insight into the effectiveness of such interaction, and highlights the potential for its adoption by other states, including Ukraine. Study object is the relationship between the United States and Israel. Scope of research is the American-Israeli strategic partnership in the 21st century. Goal of research is to analyse the features of the formation and prospects for the development of the strategic partnership between the United States and Israel. The bachelor's thesis examines the phenomenon of strategic partnership between the United States and the State of Israel. Attention is focused on the fact that strategic partnership allows the United States and Israel not only to coordinate foreign policy actions, but also to respond jointly to security challenges in the Middle East region [4]. It has been established that the partnership between these states covers the political, military and economic spheres and is based on shared strategic interests and values [3]. The paper concludes that although tactical differences may arise between the parties, the strategic nature of the relationship is maintained thanks to its long history, formalised cooperation and the significant political and military influence of the United States on regional stability [5].
