Голосові технології як засіб забезпечення інклюзивного доступу в бібліотечному середовищі

Abstract

This study examines the role of voice technologies in ensuring inclusive access to information in the library environment. Particular attention is given to the practical experience of the Sensoteka Library in Lviv as an example of successful integration of users with disabilities through technological solutions, particularly voice assistants. It is noted that such technologies help overcome barriers related to visual, motor, and cognitive impairments, promoting the full participation of people with special needs in educational and cultural life.
