Abstract

Пріоритетним вектором зовнішньої політики держав Західних Балкан XXI століття є євроінтеграційні стратегії, що зумовлено актуалізацією безпекових викликів, які формують нові геополітичні тенденції міжнародних взаємодій. Кожна з цих держав має свій особливий євроінтеграційний вектор, зумовлений історичними, геополітичними, суспільно-політичними, економічними, культурними чинниками та факторами. Євроінтеграція західнобалканських держав забезпечує стабільність, безпеку, політичне та економічне співробітництво в регіоні. Об'єкт дослідження – євроінтеграція держав Західних Балкан. Предметом дослідження – особливості, проблеми та перспективи реалізації євроінтеграційних стратегій держав Західних Балкан. Мета дослідження – дослідити особливості, проблеми та перспективи реалізації євроінтеграційних стратегій держав Західних Балкан. У бакалаврській кваліфікаційній роботі обґрунтована проблема євроінтеграційних стратегій у західнобалканських держав. Вказується, що від початку своєї незалежності ці держави проходять фундаментальні та численні трансформації у внутрішній та зовнішній політиці, котрі визначають перехід від парадигми балканізації до парадигми європеїзації [1; 3]. З'ясовано, що прогрес їх євроінтеграції нерівномірний [2]. У реалізації інтеграції Західних Балкан до європейського союзу держави засвідчують стабільність та цілеспрямованість євроінтеграційних стратегій у зовнішній політиці, а також успішність у реформуванні у всіх сфер суспільно політичного життя, згідно зі стандартами та критеріями ЄС [5].The priority vector of the foreign policy of the Western Balkan states in the 21st century is their European integration strategies, which are driven by the growing relevance of security challenges shaping new geopolitical trends in international relations. Each of these countries follows its own specific path toward European integration, influenced by historical, geopolitical, socio-political, economic, and cultural factors. The European integration of the Western Balkan countries ensures stability, security, and political and economic cooperation in the region. Study objects – European integration of the Western Balkan states. Scope of research – peculiarities, challenges, and prospects of implementing European integration strategies of the Western Balkan states. Goal of research of is to explore the peculiarities, challenges, and prospects of implementing the European integration strategies of the Western Balkan states. The bachelor's qualification paper substantiates the problem of European integration strategies in the Western Balkan states. It is noted that since gaining independence, these countries have undergone fundamental and numerous transformations in both domestic and foreign policy, which define the transition from the paradigm of Balkanization to the paradigm of Europeanization [1; 3]. It has been found that the progress of their European integration is uneven [2]. In the process of integrating the Western Balkans into the European Union, the states demonstrate stability and commitment to European integration strategies in their foreign policies, as well as success in implementing reforms across all spheres of socio-political life, in accordance with EU standards and criteria [5].
