dc.description.abstractThe study examines the basic concepts of technical documentation, modern trends in digitalization. The practical part contains an analysis of the state of digitalization of technical documentation in SoftServe, an assessment of key challenges and problems associated with the implementation of digital solutions. The proposed measures allow to increase productivity, reduce document processing costs and ensure a high level of data security, which is important for increasing the competitiveness of enterprises in the international market.
