Застосування цифрових технологій в обробці та збереженні архівних документів

Abstract

Бакалаврська робота присвячена аналізу сучасних підходів до цифровізації архівної справи в умовах інформаційного суспільства. Актуальність дослідження зумовлена зростаючою роллю архівних документів як носіїв історичної, культурної та правової цінності, а також необхідністю забезпечення їх збереження та доступності в умовах постійного збільшення обсягів інформації. У роботі обґрунтовано потребу впровадження цифрових технологій для оцифрування та довгострокового електронного зберігання архівних документів, що дозволяє вирішити проблеми обмеженого доступу й фізичного зношення традиційних носіїв. Об’єктом дослідження є архівні документи в контексті їх цифрової обробки, збереження, доступу та опрацювання. Предметом дослідження виступають методи й засоби цифровізації, включаючи створення цифрових копій архівних документів і забезпечення їх довготривалого зберігання. Метою роботи є дослідження використання інформаційних технологій у процесі обробки, оцифрування та довготривалого зберігання архівних документів, а також розробка пропозицій щодо впровадження таких технологій у практику архівних установ. Для досягнення цієї мети в роботі проаналізовано сучасні тенденції та досвід цифровізації архівів в Україні та світі, вивчено нормативно-правову базу, окреслено основні проблеми й виклики, пов’язані з оцифруванням і зберіганням документів, розглянуто наявні цифрові інструменти та технології, розроблено модель процесу оцифрування та збереження архівних документів із урахуванням функціональних вимог, а також сформульовано ефективні програмні рішення для забезпечення довготривалого зберігання архівних матеріалів. У роботі особливу увагу приділено аналізу практичного досвіду впровадження цифрових технологій в архівах України, проблемам стандартизації, інтероперабельності архівних систем, захисту інформації та інтеграції цифрових архівів у єдині інформаційні простори. На основі проведеного аналізу сформульовано рекомендації щодо вдосконалення нормативно-правового забезпечення, впровадження сучасних цифрових рішень і підвищення ефективності роботи архівних установ.This bachelor's thesis is dedicated to the analysis of modern approaches to the digitalization of archival work in the context of the information society. The relevance of the study stems from the growing role of archival documents as carriers of historical, cultural, and legal value, as well as the need to ensure their preservation and accessibility amid the constant increase in information volumes. The thesis substantiates the necessity of implementing digital technologies for digitization and long-term electronic preservation of archival documents, which addresses the issues of limited access and physical deterioration of traditional media. The object of the study is archival documents in the context of their digital processing, preservation, access, and handling. The subject of the research includes the methods and tools of digitalization, including the creation of digital copies of archival documents and ensuring their long-term storage. The aim of the work is to explore the use of information technologies in the processing, digitization, and long-term storage of archival documents, as well as to develop proposals for the implementation of such technologies in the practice of archival institutions. To achieve this aim, the study analyzes current trends and international experiences in the digitalization of archives in Ukraine and abroad, examines the legal and regulatory framework, outlines the main problems and challenges associated with document digitization and preservation, reviews existing digital tools and technologies, develops a model for the digitization and preservation process of archival documents based on functional requirements, and proposes effective software solutions for ensuring the long-term preservation of archival materials. Special attention is given to analyzing the practical experience of implementing digital technologies in Ukrainian archives, issues of standardization, interoperability of archival systems, information security, and the integration of digital archives into unified information environments. Based on the analysis, the thesis formulates recommendations for improving regulatory support, implementing modern digital solutions, and enhancing the efficiency of archival institutions.
